When will I no longer be able to use OrderMetrics?
The app will be fully shut down on June 30th, 2022.
Why is OrderMetrics shutting down?
At the end of the day, this was a business decision. After much evaluation, we felt that the best path forward was to close OrderMetrics and focus our team's efforts elsewhere.
Are both the original and new version of the app being shut down?
Yes, both apps are being shut down in June. The legacy app as well as the new OrderMetrics experience launched last year will be closed.
Will I still be able to log into OrderMetrics after June 30th 2022?
No, as of July 1st 2022, the apps will no longer be available.
Can I stop using OrderMetrics sooner?
Yep, cancel whenever you’re ready.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Navigate to Your Account, then Plans & Billing. Then, scroll down to ‘Close Account’. You can read more about cancellation here.
Will OrderMetrics continue maintaining the app until the shut down date?
Yes, we remain committed to maintaining the app and will provide support until June 30th, 2022.
Will I have access to customer support moving forward?
Yes, our customer support team will be available until June 30th, 2022.
Is there another app I should use instead?
My billing period doesn’t line up with month’s end, will I get a refund for unused service/time?
Absolutely, we’ll make sure you are refunded for any unused time.
