What is TikTok?
TikTok is a relatively new and very popular social media platform. It enables users to post and share short video content.
Our new TikTok integration allows customers to to easily connect their TikTok account to OrderMetrics via API. You can sync as many TikTok profiles as you need. Through this integration, OrderMetrics will routinely pull advertising performance metrics and expenses from TikTok. This data will be used in combination with the other data in the account to highlight the impact of advertising on the customer’s business.

Ad spend per order
Return on ad spend (ROAS)
Ad conversion rate
Lifetime value (LTV)
Customer acquisition cost (CAC)
Net value per customer
Customers can also track the historical performance of their TikTok campaigns and compare them to other advertising channels.
How can you access the TikTok Integration?
Sign into OrderMetrics
From the OrderMetrics dashboard, click Data in the left-hand navigation
On the Manage Integrations page, scroll down to TikTok
On the TikTok login screen, enter your account credentials
Once logged in, TikTok will ask for permission to sync data with OrderMetrics; click “confirm”
Once confirmed, select which TikTok profiles you would like to connect to OrderMetrics, then click “continue”
All done! The data will fully sync in a few minutes.
