What is Snapchat?
Snapchat is a social instant messaging app with 280 million daily active users (as of July 2021). The app has evolved from originally focusing on person-to-person photo and video sharing to featuring users' "Stories” (video collections that remain accessible for 24 hours). The "Discover” feature lets brands show ad-supported short-form graphic and video content.
Over five billion unique pieces of content are created on Snapchat each day. The average time spent on Snapchat per daily active user is 30+ minutes. Each day, there are over 18 billion videos viewed on Snapchat.
Our new Snapchat integration allows merchants to to easily connect your Snapchat account to OrderMetrics via API. You can sync as many Snapchat profiles as you need. Through this integration, OrderMetrics will routinely pull advertising performance metrics and expenses from Snapchat. This data will be used in combination with the other data in the account to highlight the impact of advertising on the customer’s business.

How can you access the Snapchat Integration?
Sign into OrderMetrics
From the OrderMetrics dashboard, click Data in the left-hand navigation
On the Manage Integrations page, scroll down to Snapchat and click “connect”
On the Snapchat login screen, enter your account credentials
Once logged in, Snapchat will ask for permission to sync data with OrderMetrics; click “continue”
On the next screen, select which Snapchat profiles you would like to connect to OrderMetrics, then click “continue”
All done! The data will fully sync in a few minutes.
