We sync your data once a day (every 24 hours). We will increase data sync frequency. Stay tuned to our roadmap for updates.

The sync will be kicked off at midnight, local timezone. Your OrderMetrics account will always be up to date, up to yesterday. For example, if I log into my account on January 12, 2021 @ 9am (local timezone), OrderMetrics will show me completely accurate data from all data sources as of January 11, 2021. Why?

  1. We prefer to be correct and consistent, vs. incorrect and close to 'real-time'.

  2. The new system will sync as consistently as possible. We believe it’s more important that your data all lines up and is accurate, than up to the minute and not accurate.
