Note that in case of tools other than Dropified, we can only update orders where a shipment tracking number has been reported back to Shopify. If the order hasn't shipped yet, or for some reason the tracking number hasn't been reported back to Shopify, then we're unable to show you the updated numbers.
Please also note that the AliExpress integration doesn't automatically sync new orders. You need to open your AliExpress orders page every day and sync the most recent orders using the OrderMetrics Chrome extension.
