OrderMetrics does not include chargeback transactions into your OrderMetrics account. We do plan on supporting Chargebacks in the future.

As a workaround, you could setup a Custom Spend for Chargebacks. You would need to add the Chargebacks on a daily, weekly or monthly basis. But, this way Chargebacks would be included in your Net Profit on OrderMetrics. Read more about Custom spends here.
